ENVIRCO Offers Air Filtration System for

Albuquerque, N.M., May 6, 2003 – Envirco, a leading brand of air filtration products and systems for ultra-clean environments, has developed the Hospi-Gard^® IsoClean^® a portable, self-contained laminar flow HEPA filtration system (99.99% at 0.3 micron), and the Hospi-Gard^® IsoClean^® CM, a self-contained ceiling-mounted HEPA filtration system. Both products can be used easily and economically to minimize the spread of airborne diseases in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and addiction recovery centers by creating a negative pressure isolation room, which meets the following OSHA and CDC TB recommended guidelines.

The Hospi-Gard^® IsoClean^® air filtration system can also be used as a 100% clean air recirculating unit that delivers up to 800 CFM to provide a low to high air circulation pattern while optimizing the clean breathing zone for patients and staff. The unit is CUL listed.

A Ceiling-Mounted Alternative
For healthcare environments with limited floor space, Envirco has introduced the Hospi-Gard^® IsoClean^® CM, a self-contained, ceiling-mounted HEPA filtration system that allows exhausted air to be vented to the outside or returned to an HVAC system. The IsoClean^® CM air filtration system can be mounted in a standard 2 ft. x 4 ft. ceiling grid, as well as other types of ceilings.

The IsoClean^® CM air filtration system also meets OSHA and CDC TB guidelines.

The IsoClean^® CM air filtration system with variable speeds up to 700 CFM can provide up to 24 air changes (ACH) per hour in a typical 18 ft. x 12 ft. x 8 ft. patient room or 12 ACH in rooms up to 3,500 cubic feet.

Its quiet operation will not disturb others nearby and the HEPA filter and motor/blower are easily accessible from within the room for replacement or maintenance by authorized personnel. The unit is UL-listed for all parts.
