CM Ceiling Module
A self-contained, vertical laminar flow, modular clean room unit.

Standard Features

• Modular design allows multiple joining, for layout flexibility
• Eight sizes available
• An ISO Class 5* environment utilizing a room-side replaceable, aerosol challenged high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter
• Top or side mounted motor/blower assembly (must be specified)
• Quiet operation (65 dBA ± 3 measured 30 in. (762 mm) from the filter face)
• A welded aluminum cabinet with exterior finished in corrosion resistant polyurethane enamel
• Perforated, anodized aluminum diffuser screen protects the HEPA filter and maintains uniform airflow velocity within the work area
• Solid state speed control (with RFI suppression)
